     This is a saying, it is very useful for advanced-level speakers to learn the expressións that people normally use to refer to particular situations. It makes their output more fluent and helps them not only to understand better the person who speaks that language but also their culture. So, when you want to get something important, sometimes you will have to make a sacrifice.

LA CREATIVIDAD Y EL DESARROLLO DE LOS TALENTOS.

     Una de las características más importantes de las transformaciones que sufre la enseñanza en la actualidad es la mayor atención a aspectos que en el pasado estaban relegados a un segundo plano o simplemente omitidos. Un salón de clases donde los estudiantes son más activos, son protagonistas y desarrollan los talentos, innatos en muchas ocasiones, no sólo es más favorable porque está acorde con las corrientes pedagógicas mas modernas,sino también por hacer mejor uso de los recursos que ahora pone en nuestras manos el avance de la tecnología, en especial la tecnología de las comunicaciones.

     Como lo señalaba casi profeticamente Benjamín Franklin: se aprende realmente cuando el aprendiz es involucrado, pues lo que uno escucha pronto se olvida. Es importante que se desarrolle primero la creatividad en los docentes y padres para que estos encuentren los medios óptimos de inspirar lo mismo en los niños y jóvenes. Luego de que una persona descubre que tiene un talento, ese acontecimiento se convierte en una chispa que enciende y mantiene la motivación intrínseca, esa motivación que nace dentro de la persona y que tiende a ser más duradera y que ha sido la que lleva a grandes artistas, inventores, descubridores e innovadores a obtener sus grandes logros.La creatividad y el desarrollo de los talentos debe ser un eje transversal en la escuela lo cual quiere decir que requiere una integración vertical: en los diferentes grados y etapas y una integración horizontal: en las diferentes materias, es decir, que si un profesor imparte matemáticas, lenguas extranjeras, cualquier otra asignatura debe tener pendiente crear situaciones en las que los protagonistas del proceso desarrollen las competencias que les permitan ser creativos e innovadores.

     Me inspiraron esta reflexión, dos estudiantes talentosos: Alejandra y Allen (autor del dibujo). Gracias a ambos.

VICTORIA CAROLINE BECKHAM
Victoria Adams was studying at an arts college in 1993 when she saw an ad in a magazine for a new girl band. which later became the Spice Girls. She answered the ad and got the job! The band´s manager chose her to become "Posh Spice". In 1997, when Victoria was watching a soccer game, she met English soccer player David Beckham. "Posh and Becks" married in 1999. They had three sons together. Her youngest son, Cruz, was born while they were living in Madrid.

ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS:
